Install the Temporary Login Plugin
Go to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New. Search for “Temporary Login Without Password,” then install and activate the plugin.
Open Temporary Logins
Go to WordPress Dashboard → Users → Temporary Logins and click “Create New.”
Create Temporary Administrator Access
Enter support@geniuswp.com as the email address, select Administrator as the user role and set the access expiry to 48 hours.
Copy the Generated Login Link
Create the temporary login, copy the generated passwordless link and paste it into the activation-request form.

Use this method only if you are unable to create a passwordless temporary login link. Create a separate temporary WordPress administrator account by following the instructions below.

Go to WordPress Dashboard → Users → Add New User.
Create a Temporary Administrator
Create a new account using a unique username and a new password that is not used anywhere else.
Submit and Delete After Activation
Submit the temporary account details through the secure form. Keep the account active until you receive the activation-completion confirmation. After activation is completed, immediately delete the temporary user or change its role to “Subscriber.”

After verifying your order, the authorised activation team temporarily accesses the submitted website and connects the eligible product using the applicable managed subscription. The customer does not receive the vendor account credentials or the underlying license key.
A passwordless temporary login uses a self-expiring link created through the Temporary Login Without Password plugin, so no username or password is shared. A temporary admin account is a separate WordPress administrator user created specifically for activation. Both methods provide temporary access, but the passwordless method is recommended because it is easier to expire and revoke.

GeniusWP limits its intended activity to order verification, checking the eligible installed product and completing license activation. However, a WordPress Administrator role technically provides broad dashboard permissions, so you must create separate temporary access and take a current website backup before submitting the request. Never provide your permanent administrator credentials.
The activation team will only perform actions reasonably required to verify the eligible product and complete its license activation. We will not edit pages, posts, media, designs, WooCommerce information or unrelated website settings. Product installation, configuration and website optimisation are not included unless they are specifically mentioned on the purchased product page.
Most valid activation requests are normally processed within 24 business hours after the correct order information, installed product and working temporary access are received. Requests may take longer if the login link has expired, the website blocks access, the product is not installed or the submitted order details cannot be verified.

Make sure the temporary access remains active for at least 48 hours and that security or maintenance settings do not block the WordPress dashboard.
Yes. You should revoke the passwordless login link or delete the temporary administrator account immediately after receiving the activation-completion confirmation. If you revoke access before activation is completed, the request will be paused and you may need to submit fresh temporary access.
If the submitted passwordless link expires or stops working before the activation team can process your request, create a new temporary login link and contact GeniusWP support with your order ID. Never send your permanent administrator password as a replacement.
Products sold with managed license activation do not include disclosure of the underlying license key, agency account or vendor login credentials. GeniusWP activates the eligible purchased product on the approved website according to the product-page terms.
No. This request is primarily for managed license activation. The customer should install the purchased product before submitting the form, and the GeniusWP team will not configure its settings, redesign the website or provide custom development unless a separate service explicitly includes that work.
