Yes. GeniusWP provides genuine digital products sourced or distributed through legitimate channels. The license, activation, update and usage details of every product are clearly mentioned on its product page.
No. License benefits vary by product. Some products include a license key, activation or account-based access, while others include downloadable files only. Always check the product description before purchasing.
Usage depends on the product’s individual license terms. Some products support multiple websites or devices, while others are limited to a single activation. The permitted usage is mentioned on the relevant product page.
GeniusWP offers WordPress themes and plugins, Windows and Microsoft Office keys, licensed software, AI tools, OTT subscriptions, digital resources and membership plans.
You will receive the version available on GeniusWP at the time of purchase. Eligible WordPress products may receive updated versions according to their product terms and your active access period.
Basic assistance is available for eligible purchases, including download access, installation and activation guidance. Custom development, website design, advanced configuration and third-party compatibility issues are not included unless specifically mentioned.
Transfer availability depends on the product’s licensing policy. Some licenses may be transferred after deactivation, while others remain connected to the original website, device or customer account.

Orders & Payments
Select the product you want, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter the required billing information, choose an available payment method and complete the payment.
Available payment methods are displayed on the checkout page and may include UPI, supported debit or credit cards and other secure online payment options.
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways using encrypted checkout technology. GeniusWP does not ask customers to share their card PIN, CVV, banking password or OTP with its support team.
Wait a few minutes and refresh the Orders section in your GeniusWP account. If the order remains pending, contact support with your payment reference, registered email address and order ID, if available.
Log in to your GeniusWP account and open the Orders section. You can view your order number, payment status and available product access details there.
Yes. After successful payment, an order confirmation is normally sent to your registered email address. You can also view the order from your GeniusWP account.
Open the Orders section in your GeniusWP account and select the relevant order. If the invoice or receipt is unavailable, email [email protected] with your order ID.
Digital orders may be processed and delivered immediately, so they cannot always be changed or cancelled after payment. Contact support as soon as possible; your request will be reviewed according to the GeniusWP refund and cancellation policy
Downloads & Updates
Eligible downloadable products are normally added to your GeniusWP account after successful payment. Products delivered through a license key, email or account access will follow the delivery method mentioned on their product page.
Log in to your GeniusWP account and open the Downloads or Orders section. Select the relevant order to view the available download link or delivery information.
Confirm that you logged in with the same email address used during checkout and that your payment was successful. If the download is still unavailable, contact support with your order ID and registered email address.
Update availability depends on the individual product and purchase plan. Eligible products receive updated versions during the applicable access period, as stated on their product pages.
Automatic updates are available only when this benefit is specifically included and correctly activated. Otherwise, you can download the latest available version from your GeniusWP account and install it manually.
Sign in to your account, open Downloads, locate the purchased product and download its latest available file. Always back up your website before updating a WordPress theme or plugin.
Download limits depend on the product or membership plan purchased. Any applicable download limit or access period is mentioned in the relevant product or membership details
The downloaded package may contain documentation and a separate installable file. Extract the main package on your computer, locate the correct theme or plugin ZIP file and upload that file to WordPress.
Installation & Activation
Go to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Select the installable plugin ZIP file, click Install Now, and then activate the plugin.
Go to WordPress Dashboard → Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme → Upload Theme. Select the installable theme ZIP file, install it and click Activate.
Yes. Basic installation and activation assistance is available for eligible purchases. Custom development, website design, advanced configuration and third-party compatibility work are not included unless specifically mentioned.
This usually happens when the complete product package is uploaded instead of the installable theme file. Extract the downloaded package, locate the theme ZIP file inside it and upload that ZIP through the Themes section.
Check the product’s WordPress, PHP and server requirements. Temporarily deactivate conflicting plugins and try again. If the issue continues, contact support with your order ID, website URL and a screenshot of the complete error.
Open the relevant Windows or Office activation settings and enter the supplied product key. Follow the instructions provided with your order because the activation process may differ by product edition and license type.
Remote installation may be available only when specifically included or agreed upon. Never send passwords publicly. If temporary access is required, follow the secure instructions provided by the official GeniusWP support team.
Send your order ID, product name, registered email, website or device details, and a screenshot of the complete error. Never share your OTP, card PIN, CVV, banking password or other payment credentials.
Membership Plans
A GeniusWP membership provides access to eligible WordPress themes, plugins and other digital products included in the selected plan. Product availability, download access and membership benefits may vary by plan.
GeniusWP offers Monthly, 3-Month and Yearly membership options. Current pricing, included products, download benefits and access duration are displayed on the membership page.
Choose the Monthly plan for short-term requirements, the 3-Month plan for multiple projects and the Yearly plan for longer access. Compare the current benefits of every plan before purchasing.
Your membership normally begins after successful payment and order confirmation. Log in to your GeniusWP account to check your membership status and available downloads.
Membership access applies only to products included in your selected plan. Some software keys, OTT subscriptions, AI tools or separately listed products may not be included. Check the membership page for exact coverage.
After expiration, access to new membership downloads, updates and member-only benefits will stop. Previously downloaded products may continue working according to their individual license and activation terms.
Yes. You can purchase an available membership plan from your GeniusWP account. If you want to change or upgrade an active plan, contact support before placing another order.

Refunds & Support
GeniusWP offers a 7-day refund period for eligible purchases. Every request is reviewed according to the published Refund Policy, including its eligibility requirements and exclusions.
No. A refund may not be available after a digital file has been downloaded, a license key has been delivered or activated, or account/subscription access has been provided. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
Contact GeniusWP within the applicable refund period and provide your order ID, registered email address, product name and reason for the request. The support team will review your request according to the Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or payment provider.
