Welcome to the GeniusWP Community: Read These Guidelines First
A public space where customers and the GeniusWP team ask questions, share experience and help each other with products, subscriptions, themes, plugins and services. These guidelines keep the community helpful and safe.
1Be respectful
Treat everyone politely. Disagree with ideas, not people. Harassment, insults, hate speech and threats are not allowed and may be removed.
2Search before you ask
Use the community search to check whether your question already has an answer. You can also read the FAQ page for curated answers to common questions.
3Ask clear product questions
- Use a specific title that describes the problem.
- Choose the most relevant category and add useful tags.
- Mention the product name, your WordPress or Windows version, and what you already tried.
- Add a screenshot only if it helps, and make sure it does not show private details.
4Protect your privacy
Everything you post here is public. Never share:
- Passwords
- License keys
- Activation codes
- Order numbers
- Payment details
- Private email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Login links
If your issue needs private information, use the installation and license activation request page or the contact page instead.
5Licensing and activation questions
General questions about how licensing or activation works are welcome. Read the product page and the License & Activation page first. Do not ask others to share license keys, and do not post or request pirated or cracked software.
6No spam or self-promotion
Do not post advertisements, affiliate links, repeated posts, unrelated links or off-topic content. Posts that look like spam may be removed without notice.
7Moderation
New questions may be reviewed by the GeniusWP team before they appear publicly. The team may edit, close or remove posts that break these guidelines. Replies marked as official come from the GeniusWP team. Other replies are opinions from community members.
